The Philippine Fashion Week Spring Summer 2012 once again showed that the Philippines is one country that has strong fashion and modelling roots. This is the most number of shows I have seen in the past 3 Fashion Week stagings. For this season, I have a total of 12 tickets on different shows for the entire week.
And what a good way to kick off the festivities. Kashieca, Human and Bench did a great job in starting the whole week as they were sizzling hot. Kashieca banked it with the presence of Bea Alonzo who was just stunning during that night. Bench and Human also presented a wide array of collection which could easily pass in one's wardrobe list. As usual celebrities were abound for the show with the presence of top endorsers of the brand. There were some notable absences from the show - Coco Martin, Gerald Anderson, Dingdong Dantes to name a few.
Loud cheers were given to Kapamilya stars Enchong Dee, Melai Contiveros, Jason Francisco and Piolo Pascual. Other ABS-CBN talents to walk the ramp were Kathryn Bernardo, Angelica Panganiban, Julia Montes, Rayver Cruz, Jake Cuenca, Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino, Jessy Mendiola, Diego Loyzaga and Ejay Falcon. Kapuso stars also strut their stuff with Aljur Abrenica, Sarah Lahbati and Rocco Nacino. Steaming hot in the runway are perennial Fashion Week models Borgy Manotoc, Georgina Wilson, Regine Angeles, Jon Avila, Mark McMahon, Derick Hubalde, Ram Sagad and Carlo Guevarra.
The show was divided into portions with "Randy Ortiz for Bench", "Kashieca", "Human" "Black Human" and "Bench Body". And also I saw Sheena Halili who was stunning. She's just 2 seats away from where I am seated. It was an over-all wonderful show with some notable designs. More of the designs and the pics on the succeeding posts.
