After the opener of big name brand Bench on Day 1 of PFW Holiday 2011, the second big brand to have its show is Memo. And though the brand has less stellar power in compared to Bench, it actually did better in the designs perspective.
Memo puts class in its name as it paraded a wonderful set of clothes for their Holiday 2011 collection. The pieces were elegantly crafted and the combinations were simply nice. The colors on each design were more on the earth tones, black and white but it was presented not in the usual boring way. For the ladies, skirts and short dresses were paraded much to the appreciation of the crowd. Those clothes can be worn on regular casual days and even power dressing at the workplace. For the guys, pants were mostly fashionable and sleek. The texture and gloss of each set is evident making it a power ensemble of casual to formal get-up.
Adding glitter to Memo's show was Claire Unabia who did the catwalk and wowed the crowd. Unabia was part of America's Next Top Model Cycle 10. Overall, Memo was one show that fits the Holiday theme right. It takes class to a different level and makes sure that what you wear would really stand out.
