Krock made huge waves in 2018 and these groups gained a tremendous amount of success in the past year and we can't wait for what's in store for these groups in 2019.
1. The Rose
Last Year: 1
The Rose remained to be the one of the best in Krock world. Their songs "Sorry" and "I.L.Y." were enough to shoot them up at the top of the growing population of this genre in Korea.
2. Day 6
Last Year: 2
Day6 made a super hit in 2018 with their newest single "Shoot Me". They are proving to be on a continuous rise in terms of superstardom.
3. N Flying
Last Year: N/A
N Flying makes a stellar return in 2018 with their newest single. They brought us hits like "How R U Today" and "Like A Flower".
4. F.T. Island
Last Year: 3
The group did not release any new Korean album but instead shifted their attentions to the Japanese market. Their album "Planet Bonds" was both a commercial and critical success.
5. CNBLUE
Last Year: 4
CNBLUE did not release any major new content in 2018 but they have remained one of the best Krock acts of this generation. The boys are about to go to military enlistment which may out them into a temporary hiatus.
6. OneWe
Last Year: 5 (as MAS)
MAS has rebranded and renamed to OneWe as they move to their new label RBW. Their single "Last Song" which is a collaboration with brother group OneUs.
7. Royal Pirates
Last Year: N/A
Even with member James Lee announcing his departure from the group late 2017, the band continued to be one of the best in this genre to date.
8. Drug Restaurant
Last Year: 7
The group embarked on their European tour to great success and fans all over were wowed with their performances.
9. Eve
Last Year: N/A
10. Hyukoh
Last Year: N/A
