MARCELITO POMOY FINISHES 3RD RUNNER-UP IN AGT: THE CHAMPIONS


Marcelito Pomoy secures 3rd runner-up in the recently concluded America's Got Talent: The Champions. Although the talented singer failed to land the top prize, he has grabbed so much media attention and added legions of fans all across the globe who were left in awe with his mind-bending falsetto transitions from male to female voice.


Pomoy performed "Beauty and the Beast" for the finals and while there were some controversies regarding the song choice, he still delivered an emotional and compelling performance. Prior to that he sang his way in the auditions with "The Prayer" and wowed the judges and fans with "A Time to Say Goodbye" in the semifinals. With the runner-up position, Marcelito becomes the 2nd Pinoy to grab a runner-up spot after Angelica Hale finished 1st runner-up in 2017. 

“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” named the acrobatic dance group V. Unbeatable as its new winner. Sandou Trio Russian Bar placed fourth runner-up, while Tyler Butler-Figueroa and Duo Transcend finished second and first runners-up, respectively.
