The reign of girls in the music charts is over as finally the top spot is taken by a male group - Foster The People. The group takes no. 1 with their "Pumped up Kicks" pushing former top ranked Avril Lavigne to No. 3. Nicki Minaj and Rihanna moves closer to the top after they jumped 4 to 2 with "Fly". The highest new entry goes to pop princess Britney Spears for "Criminal"
