The Philippine Fashion Week Spring Summer 2012 starts with sister companies Bench, Human and Kashieca. And unlike the usual shows we are used to seeing with these brands, this show brings life to a different fashion level. And while some of the local designers have dabbled their works into some great brands like M Barretto for Bench, it is also a welcome addition that the fashion shows of brands include designs from our Filipino designers and this is shown by Randy Ortiz for Bench.
There were several big stars who donned the collection of Randy Ortiz topbilled by Kim Chiu and Jake Cuenca. Others who really stood out were Isabelle Daza, Rayver Cruz, Julia Montes, Rocco Nacino, Jon Avila, Sarah Lahbati, John Zablan, Ram Sagad and Paulo Avelino.

The collection was a good set of clothes that one can easily fit in. The colors played more on the reds, blacks and grays. The red color stood out and made the collection as eye-catching as it can be. There were notable pieces of symmetry and great lines like the one Julia Montes wore. The sets range from casual wears to semi-formal pieces for both the ladies and the men. Unlike most collections, this is a batch that is easily worn by any person. That is fashion reaching out to people. Here are the pieces I personally like.
